Style and size of vacuum lifting pads
Shown with optional accessories and vacuum generator, lifting frame not included. Additional equipment cannot be included in the unit weight.
The lifter is set on the load by lowering it onto the load. Once the hoist chain has slowed, the lifter's full weight is on the load.
The modular design of the ANVER Vacuum Lifters makes them easy to use. Standard components are chosen to match the application. Due to our large selection and extensive inventory, we can quickly make a lifter for almost any application. ANVER design its lifters to ensure that every pad carries the same weight.
Determine the number of pads Lengthwise Referring to the appropriate table, determine the minimum number of pads required for the maximum load length, rounding up to the next highest number. For example, if the maximum length is 120 inches and the recommended spacing between pads is 60 inches, use a lifter with a minimum of two cups 2). Determine the minimum number of lifting pads required for the maximum load length by dividing the maximum load length by 2L and rounding up to the next highest number.
AMC-Series lifters come equipped with removeable pad extensions. The vacuum pads can be mounted inline for handling long and narrow loads or without the extensions for handling short and narrow loads. Constructed with an ergonomic lifter handlebar and a welded steel lifting frame, operators can use this equipment with ease and comfort for a wide range of loads and applications.
A switch attached to the lifting bail controls the vacuum attach-and release cycle. The attachment process is initiated when the unit is placed on the load. When the vacuum level is reached, a green light will be lit to let you know that it is safe to lift. Once you are ready for the load to be placed, lower the unit so that the chain is loose. The switch will then start the release process. After vacuum has been released, you can raise the unit using the hoist controls. You are now ready for the next lift.
Side grip vacuum lifting frames by Anver eliminate the need of multiple people. These include metal enclosures with vents at the top, file cabinets or HVAC equipment.
You must ensure that your crane and hoist have enough lifting capacity. Remember to subtract the vacuum lifting weight from the hoist or crane in order to calculate your overall capacity. Do you have any spare parts, such as seals or vacuum cups? They may last for a while, but this is likely to be the first item that needs service.
Side grip vacuum lifting frames by ANVER have a spreader beam with adjustable cross arms and vacuum pads on the two sides. This allows for products to be handled that can't be lifted from their top. Ideal for loading and unloading products onto shipping containers or skids.
Notice: Loads' sides panels, hardware, and assembly construction must have sufficient strength to allow them to be lifted off the sides. Customers must ensure that the product can be lifted easily.
ANVER vacuum lifters are designed with a 2-inch deflection factor to determine the required beam length and number of pads. We have accumulated over 30 years of experience with thousands of vacuum lifter applications and found that a 2-inch degree of deflection increases lifting safety. It reduces the curvature beneath the pads and makes it easier to position the lifter onto the load. It is very difficult for operators to center a lifter with more than 2 inches of deflection. Further information can be found at the bottom.
As the lifters are self-powered there is no installation required. Mechanical Lifters require no electrical or compressed air service. The set-up consists of hanging the lifter on the crane hook. Its attach/release cycle is controlled by the hoist up/down movement. You can not release the load unless you set it down completely. Go through the proper lifting procedures shown in your manual or the latest ANSI guidelines with your operators and you are done. The lifters come fully assembled and tested. It is that simple!
You can test the vacuum check valve by disconnecting the vacuum supply line from the intake manifold. Then blow into the hose. The valve should be checked if air is passing through it into the booster. If this happens, the valve should be replaced.
Because of their modern design and unique drive system, vacuum elevators are the elevator of the future. The vacuum elevators use a pneumatic drive, which uses air pressure to lift the cabin between floors using a shaft that supports itself. A pit and machine room are required for hydraulic elevators, which can increase installation time and costs.
The easiest way to increase vacuum cleaner suction power is to empty your dust collection bag. The dust container must have enough airflow to allow for suction. Otherwise, they can get clogged and lose their power. Check your dust container regularly and empty it if it is already 70-80% full.
Leakages in electronic brake boosters, which are housed with the master cylinder, can also affect their performance. A vacuum leak can cause engine malfunction if there is a hole or check valve that allows air to enter the system. 3 Dec 2021
